What People Can Share
A story does not need to be dramatic to matter. Short reflections and unfinished thoughts are welcome too.
- Share only what feels safe.
- Avoid private details about other people unless you have permission.
- Write about body image, school pressure, sports, family change, anxiety, identity, recovery, or another student mental health experience.
- Include what helped, what did not, or what you wish someone understood.
Submissions are not monitored 24/7. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988, or text HOME to 741741.
